Return Policy

All of our products have a 100% money back guarantee against defects and faulty workmanship. Shipping and handling are refunded if the return is a result of an error on behalf of amersales.com.
Any return must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt.
The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent. We check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment but it is the buyer’s responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Products returned due to customer’s negligence, customer's mistake or items returned after the deadline date may not be accepted for refund. Any return that does not meet the above criteria may be sent back to the customer.
American Sales & Distributing will not be held responsible for a customer's error, a customer's ordering the wrong item or size product or a change of mind. Products may still be returned but they will be charged freight both incoming and outgoing. We will also charge a 15% restocking charge for returns or a flat fee of $10.00, whichever is more.

Please call American Sales & Distributing customer service at 800-541-1191 or email us at customerservice@amersales.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). RAN's expire 7 days after being issued. We suggest you send the package by registered or insured mail since amersales.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Clearly print your name, address and RAN on the outside of the package and ship to:

Exchange and return policies are subject to change without notice.
All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Returns take approximately 48 hours to process upon receipt of the item.
